The Spherisorb Cyano (CN) Column, with a propyl cyano bonded ligand on silica, is designed for optimal peak symmetry, efficiency, and exceptional reproducibility. It is effective for eluting hydrophobic compounds often unresolved by conventional C18 and C8 columns, offering excellent peak shape for strongly basic compounds and selectivity for polar molecules.
